How long does coverage last?
The warranty is valid for 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, or until you sell or transfer the vehicle, and is non-transferable. The 100,000 miles are measured from your vehicle's odometer reading on the date you take delivery.
What does it cost?
No Fear coverage is included with the purchase of an eligible vehicle at no addition to the purchase price. When you bring the vehicle in for a covered repair, you pay a $100 deductible for that visit. Benefit limits apply, with total benefits not to exceed $6,000. Comprehensive Coverage is available as an optional paid upgrade.
What is not covered?
Wear items and non-powertrain components such as tires, battery, paint, clock, upholstery, and radio, along with anything already covered by the manufacturer warranty. A $100 deductible applies to each repair visit, and benefit limits apply. Certain uses (commercial, towing, racing, plowing, principally off-road) and unauthorized repairs are excluded.
